Embers’ Basil Ryeman Beer and shot-size gin martini was featured in the article “ Give it a Shot ” by United Hemispheres Magazine in its November Issue. Hemispheres particularly featured how 21st century bartenders began to include beer chasers to whiskey shots and named this pairing as “Boilermaker & His Helper”. Highlighted in their list is the Basil Ryeman Beer of Embers made with the bright lemongrass and spice from the gin accentuating the crisp and sweet basil notes of the beer.
